Elke presented her work both in Dutch galleries as in galeries in Cologne, Bonn, Hamburg and New York City.
In 2005 the "Bücheler Tarot"was published, a contemporary tarot game with 78 illustrations. In 2006 her work was auctioned by Christie's for Pink Ribbon.
